This site (https://edotdev.ai/workflows) is a catalog of home-automation write-ups and digital packs operated by eDot Dev LLC. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics (the Google tag) on this site and on edotdev.ai to count page views, referrers, and general device and location data. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not send your name or email to Google Analytics. You can block it with a content blocker or theGoogle Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Product analytics and session replay. We use PostHog (US cloud) on this site and on edotdev.ai to see which pages and buttons people use, and to record anonymous session replays of clicks, scrolling, and page changes. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. PostHog sets a cookie to tell visits apart. We do not send your name or email to PostHog. A content blocker will stop it.
  • Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us; Stripe's privacy policy governs card data. We receive your email, billing details needed for tax, and order contents so we can deliver the pack.
  • Booking. Consulting times go through Cal.com. We receive the name, email, and notes you enter on the booking form.
  • Email list. If you subscribe, our list host stores your address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Netlify logs. Standard CDN request logs (IP, user-agent) for a short window, used to operate and debug the site.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your Home Assistant tokens, camera feeds, family names, or floor plans. Do not send those in email or booking notes. Published workflows are stripped of private IPs, hostnames, and household identifiers before they go up.

Affiliate links

Hardware links on workflow and guide pages may be Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click one, Amazon can set cookies so it knows you came from this site. We do not see what else you buy or any of your Amazon account details. See the affiliate disclosure.
